Membership Fees for 2012

Players under 8 years of age on 1^st January 2012                                    £15.00

Players 8 – under 18 years of age on 1^st January 2012                             £30.00

Benefits of Membership

• Access to the courts at your home club at anytime subject to availability
• Ability to participate in activities on offer to juniors at Normandy, Pirbright and Worplesdon Tennis Clubs
• Entry to tournaments, match plays and leagues
• A range of social activities specifically for juniors
• Juniors at the Club are able to sign up to the coaching programme run by Tennis Extreme. (The coaching is at an additional cost).

British Tennis Membership

We do ask that those joining the Clubs also sign up as Members of British Tennis. It is FREE as each of the clubs is affilitated to the LTA and can be done online at www.lta.org.uk/memberships. This will mean that your child can get an LTA rating or Mini Tennis Rating that will be important when they play in matches. It also enables juniors over 10 to be entered into their club's Wimbledon Ballot for tickets.  Please add your child’s LTA membership number and rating to the reply slip 

Medical Information

Please provide details on the application of any medical condition and relevant treatment that you feel the Club / Coaching Team should be aware of.  Details of any medical condition will only be shared with those coaches, leaders and adult supervisors  with whom your child has contact.

Emergency Contact Details

Please provide details of a responsible adult who could be contacted in the event of an emergency.  If not a parent please state the relationship to the child.

Child Protection

Normandy, Pirbright and Worplesdon Tennis Clubs have all attained Clubmark status demonstrating that all the Clubs have the relevant policies and procedures in place to ensure that the welfare of the children is safeguarded when in the Club environment.   Should you have any questions or concerns at any time about the welfare of juniors please refer to the contacts section of this site for details of each Club's Child protection officer and please do not hesitate to contact them. 

Photographic Consent

In line with legislation and methods of best practice.  We require your permission to take photographs of your child that may be used in marketing and promotional material. If you do not wish to give consent to this please mark the box with an X.  On occasions the coaching team may also use photographs or video equipment to provide useful feedback to the players.  Again if you do not wish to consent to this please mark the box.
